Your course is active and available for 90 days from enrollment. The course and all data is deleted at the 90 day mark and your progress is not recoverable. Some courses may expire before your 90 day course access due to approval expiration dates. If a course has an expiration date it is listed on the front page of the course. Once a course expires it is no longer available to you even if 90 days have not passed. Refunds are not available after a course expires.
Full refunds are available within 5 days of purchasing a course. You must also have completed less than 2 lessons of the course content.
Your proof of completion is the course completion certificate. You may download the certificate from your dashboard. If a course completion certificate was not issued then your course is not complete. If you think you completed a course and do not see a certificate please contact us
If you are taking an OHIO course you acknowledge that you are aware that no more than 1/2 of your total hours (4 hours for one year licenses and 12 hours for three year licenses) may be taken in a self-paced course (NOT a requirement for Manufactured Home licenses). The remaining hours must be either in a Live Online Webinar or a physical classroom. Please contact us if you need to swap a Self-Paced course for a Live Webinar. No refunds are available if you finish a course and do not receive credit due to not abiding by the rules.
Ohio also requires the implementation of facial recognition for all Ohio self-paced courses. You will need a device with a webcam and an updated browser for facial recognition to work.
Nebraska requires the implementation of facial recognition for all Nebraska self-paced courses. You will need a device with a webcam and an updated browser for facial recognition to work.
All Nebraska courses expire on December 31st in even years. If your course is not complete before December 31st at 11:59pm your course will expire. No refunds are available for expired courses. Additionally, if you do not meet your December 31st @ 11:59pm license renewal deadline in even years the Nebraska Electrical Board will require you to take your licensing exam again in person to reinstate your license.
